This is a Final Fight style sidescroller featuring villains from the Sailormoon R season.

Chibiusa appears as a special feature in the side-scrolling fighting game. You can choose to fight with her from the main menu, either alone or with help from someone else. She cannot fight in the one-on-one fighting mode, I suppose because the powered-up Sailor Senshi would whip her little pink behind.
