BSSM S: Jougai Rantou! Shuyaku Soudatsusen - SNES
Developer: Angel, released 1994.
Sailor Chibimoon first appears on the video game screen in this fighting game (which is a 2D fighter and pretty much a Street Fighter clone). Why all the senshi want to have a big throw down is anyone's guess, but I suspect the real reason is that marketing execs thought that it would sell. I think some kind of special training camp makes a lot more sense than picking a new leader, which is what these games are really trying to sell you.
Attacks
Pink Sugar Heart Attack – Charge Back, then Forward + Punch
Swinging Marshmellow – Jump then Down + Strong Punch or Kick
Slapping Grab – Forward + Strong Punch
Reverse Flash Jump – Back, Back
Double Jump (just like Chun-Li!) -- Up, then Up again while at the highest point.
Desperation: Luna P Attack – Jump Forward. While in the air do a back half-circle on the D pad and then press Strong Punch.
As a bonus, beat the game in story mode with Chibimoon and have the title screen change to “Bishoujo Senshi Seeraa Chibimuun” and have Usagi's bust replaced with hers while she stands on the middle pillar.
